Shaden Resort Al-ʿUla, Al-ʿUla

The resort is nestled in the stunning AlUla desert, with breathtaking views that enhance the experience. The cabins provide a cozy ambiance, perfect for a serene getaway. However, the service could use improvement, as the staff seemed hurried and less attentive. The dining options were standard, lacking a bit of creativity, but overlaying an incredible backdrop certainly adds to the charm. Overall, while not bad, the experience felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

While Shaden Resort has stunning surroundings and well-designed outdoor areas, my experience was overshadowed by poor service and frustrating check-in processes. The rooms, although spacious, did not live up to the luxury price point, leaving me questioning the overall value. I appreciated the natural beauty of AlUla, but the lack of attentive service was disappointing, especially considering the hefty price tag.

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by stunning mountain views, and the ambiance of the resort captures the essence of Al Ula. On the flip side, the service experience was far from ideal, and I encountered significant issues with my booking and accommodations that left me feeling frustrated. Overall, while the beauty of the surroundings is a highlight, the service and facility issues put a damper on the experience.

The resort has an incredible setting that really impressed me, with lovely outdoor seating perfect for stargazing.
